We hope you love your newly purchased items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if you simply change your mind, we will happily accept your return for store credit or a refund subject that the conditions below are adhered to:
- You item(s) is returned within 14 days of receipt; and
- The item(s) is unused and in their original condition; and
- All original labels, tickets and packaging are attached to the item; and
- Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted; and
- Please note that all returns must be received at our distribution centre within 14 days from the date of delivery. If goods are not received at our distribution centre within this timeframe, we may be unable to process your claim, and your items may be returned to you at your cost, or goods may be forfeited.
We are not able to offer an exchange on returned item(s) and all returned item(s) will be refunded once they've been received and approved by our warehouse. Should you require a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories or cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.
We make every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our Website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different colour or size, please place a new order for the item(s) required. Upon receiving your returned item(s) and once we have processed and approved your Return, we will credit your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the items(s).
Refunds are only issued if the item(s) is deemed to contain a manufacturing fault. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s) via e-mail.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) and the refund being approved.
Please note that relevant shipping charges will be incurred for the cost involved in returning item(s) if they do not comply with our conditions of returning goods, except in the case of faulty goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) except in the case of faulty goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty goods.
