Shipping & Delivery
By placing an order, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all other applicable charges such as custom and duty fees and cost of return shipping back to BAISI. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at time of delivery. Orders will be delivered within 7 working days after you place your order using Australia Post (Parcel Post), at a flat rate of $15.
Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been shipped, BAISI (Australia) Fashion Group Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
For orders placed by 5pm (Melbourne time), all efforts are made to despatch your order the next working day.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. If you are not available to sign for the parcel, it will be re-directed to the nearest post office.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO box addresses and in times of peak traffic, delays to estimated shipping times may occur.
